Power point- lessons demonstrated

Before this lesson I knew a little on how to create power point presentations.

In this lesson I learned how to create a power point presentation. I was told that it is important to know the age of the students since the presentation must be age appropriate.The number of words used on each slide, the images, the font color and size, and video must also be appropriate to the age range. I learned that a power point presentation should be 8- 10 slides long and this should include a cover or introduction page and the last page being the reference page. In the reference slide all sources of information must be listed, as well as the source for images and videos in the presentation.
I also learned how to add animations to create a fun way to highlight each point on the slides and transitions to introduce each slide. Additionally, I learned how to add a voice recording on a slide which can help to eliminate me having to speak throughout the entire presentation.
